Return & Exchange Policy

At PVZN, every piece is crafted and shipped with care. We want you to love what you order, which is why we request you to read the product description and refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Please note:

Easy returns or exchanges will be accepted for wrong size selection, or change of preference.

  • Orders are final once placed. Please double-check your size and details before checkout.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  1. The product delivered is damaged.

  2. The product is defective/faulty.

  3. The product delivered is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

  4. If any feature/element claimed by us on the website is not provided in the product delivered.

We want to be clear — we do not intend to scam anyone. Every detail, size, and specification of our products is already provided on our website. As long as the product matches what we have described, returns will not be accepted for mood change. If something we claim is missing or not delivered as promised, we will take full responsibility and accept the return.

How to Raise a Return Request:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at khushdeepsingh0no1@gmail.com

  • Share your order number and clear images of the product and issue.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit/refund as per the situation.

Important Notes:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact to be eligible for return.

  • No exchange for mood change or personal preference. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
